Sorry for the confusion. I meant by enabling the "Editing: General -> Show text completions: -> After a delay in typing" you can just type "ta" in an HTML document and BBEdit will automatically offer completions. Depending on what you've got in your clipping library, the <table> tag will likely be at the top of the list.
