Ever since we went to BBEdit 9.x the modal find/replace dialog no longer saves the
Grep : Replace: values completely. There appears to be a random pattern. It always seems to save the 'Grep :' but not always the 'Replace:' pattern. It appears that if you open the find dialog and search for the same thing more than once the replace portion will get saved, but if you search for something once, and search for something else the next time you do a CMD-F, and try to recall the prior search by clicking on the button the replace value from the prior search was not saved. The replace popup menu shows : Grep : some_value Replace : nothing Grep : some_other_value Replace : nothing Grep : yet_another_value Replace : this_one_got_saved I was going to send a couple of small screen shots, but every time I've ever tried that before the email was always sent back undelivered. Normally I would get around this little setback by putting it on my server, but I have not had time to do so. Anyway I figured nobody else has reported this problem, but it is still around.
