In case Seth's comments were not completely clear: ActionScript 
3.0 is built into BBEdit 9.0 and later. If you're using someone 
else's ActionScript language module, you will need to remove it 
and (probably) adjust your filename extension mappings in the 
Languages preferences, at which point the built-in support is 
allowed to work.
