There is no token for filename in the replace mechanics, but you could write an 
AppleScript to do this:

tell application "BBEdit"
        set all_docs to every text document
        repeat with a_doc in all_docs
                set suffix_string to tab & name of a_doc
                add suffix a_doc suffix suffix_string
        end repeat
end tell
