No. BBEdit inserts those values for you. If it isn’t doing it for you
there is a thread in the last week or so including a fix for this
issue.

If you drag an image file to your page from a project list or a finder window, BBEdit will populate the height and width.

If you create a new img tag using Markup->Inline->Image or the equivalent palette button, then you must enter these values manually.
