Ok, so, let's just say for sake of argument I'm a glutton for punishment and ignoring things that are real priorities in my life because I suddenly saw an opportunity to do this somewhat quickly (the documentation appears to be valid XHTML, which means valid XML, which means I can leverage XSLT that I've already written for the PHP clipping set, which means that maybe this won't be so involved after all).
The documentation source code isn't quite as structured as the PHP Documentation source so we won't have quite as many options but might be able to get something somewhat interesting... What, exactly, are you all looking for from a clipping set? Would a simple list of class/methods suffice (to start with) or are you looking for something more (like a comma delimited list of optional and required parameters)? I think I could produce the former with "minimal" effort (and plenty of errors) but would benefit from having testers...
