Hi! I've been using Markdown in BBEdit and recently switched to Textile for its more robust formatting capabilities, but I'm definitely missing BBEdit's syntax coloring. I can select Textile from the format menu at window bottom, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the code that I can discern.
Google tells me that Codeless Language Modules are apparently a way to make custom color settings, but a quick glance at the SDK showed that doing so would be beyond my technical skills (not to mention that I'm still learning Textile syntax myself, so am not the most qualified at any rate). Has anyone put together a Codeless Language Module thingeroo that enables Textile syntax coloring? Even a halfway-sorta colors some-of-it subset would be a great help. Or am I misinterpreting what Codeless Language Modules can even do? It seems odd that I haven't been able to find anything on my own. (I don't need conversion, just the coloring within BBEdit.) Does anybody know of anything like this? Thanks! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "BBEdit Talk" discussion group on Google Groups.
