I send a support request to AgileBits about this and they're aware of it. Here's what they said: "We do have this listed as a known issue. Our understanding of the bug so far is that we set the shortcut when a browser window is in front, then release when it isn't. Specifically with BBEdit, this is affecting the Text > Hard Wrap command. We're aware of it and looking into it.
