Not sure what is tripping up the validation. When I unencoded and re-encoded the href I got: admin%40covisp.net %3FSubject%3D21-Feb-2017%20185.12.124.66%26Body%3DPlease%20check%20this.%0A%0Asywh7235352% 40remerasdelsur.com.ar Although this appears to be over-zealous.
