I know there is Multi-File search that finds all and replaces all, but is there a way to use the standard find/replace window to find through multiple open documents (or documents in an open project)?

Multi-File Search is the way to do this: check the box next to your project in the list of searchable items, then "Find All".

You can cycle through the results list using the "Previous Error"/"Next Error" commands on the Go menu (I never remember the names of the commands, their default equivalents are Cmd-Control-Up-Arrow and Cmd-Control-Down-Arrow and that's all I remember. :-))

Someday I'll look back on all this and laugh... until they sedate me.
