If you need to install/update BBEdit on a variety of Macs running a variety of versions of macOS, you might like

It supports BBEdit version 13, but also will automatically install the proper version of BBEdit for any version of Mac OS X going back to 10.6.8. When downloading the latest version of BBEdit 13, it will also download the latest release notes too, so you can keep on-top of what's new in the world of BBEdit.
