Update: I've noticed that if I invoke the Commands menu and use it (e.g. search
for a file and then hit Enter), and then invoke it again, the window position
of the Commands menu will move slightly down and to the right. If I repeat
this, eventually the window gets down to the bottom right of the screen and on
the next time I invoke Commands, the window wraps to the top left corner of the
screen. So, it's traveling! Strange. However, if I open up Commands and decide
to hit escape instead of using it to run a command or open a file, it will be
in the same position as it was before. It only travels like this (down and to
the right) if I use it. I use a window manager application, Rectangle, and I
quit that to see if it was interfering in some unexpected way with window
positioning, but that didn't change the behavior. I'm on macOS 14.7.4 and run
BBEdit 15.1.4. Might be a rare bug. I'll forward this to support. I'm curious
if anyone else has experienced this.

Best regards,
Jakub
