Wednesday, September 8th, 2004 (that's one week from tomorrow)
John Rouillard, BBLISA member and organizer from days long past, will
present "Cygwin: Making Windows systems livable one machine at a time."
The full abstract of John's talk is available on our web site:
http://www.bblisa.org/
As usual the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. with introductions, job
announcements, news, etc; the drawing for the door prizes will be held
at 7:25; John's presentation begins at 7:30. Drinking and eating after
the meeting, usually at the Cambridge Brewing Company, for those who
need more "quality geek time."
Our summer meetings were somewhat sparsely attended; now that folks are
back from vacation let's all make an effort to attend more meetings,
starting with next week.
See you there!

P.S. - On deck for October: Dan Ellard, formerly of Harvard University
and now of Sun Microsystems, will present his work on NFS tracing
tools, trace analyses, and how this all related to system
administration.
