There is no cloudy history. And SORBS also lists 198.3.136/21 which has been transfered to Av8. Your defense of SORBS is less than credible. > Just because you managed to get the postal address changed before ARIN was > more strict about checking netblock ownership rights doesn't mean you own the > block. I didn't change anything, "before ARIN became more strict", and you so dishonestly claim. > http://www.fact-index.com/o/op/open_software_foundation.html > http://www.fact-index.com/t/th/the_open_group.html > http://www.theopengroup.org/ Your links show nothing to support your point, but rather support my point: The OSF still operates, and still has an office in Boston, idiot. > is the real owner of the netblock in question and its disingenious of you to And the real owner is a customer of Av8 and has assigned it to us. It is disingenous and defamatory to claim otherwise. > claim that SORBS is revenge listing you. The orgname, as you can see, hasn't been changed. The organization, as your links show, is still in existance. And the organization, being a customer of Av8 Internet's, certainly hasn't complained to anyone, nor are they about to. Their attorney has forwarded me the defamatory letter sent "anonymously" by Kai Schlichting, another nutjob. --Dean _______________________________________________ bblisa mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.bblisa.org/mailman/listinfo/bblisa
