Sun's new file system, ZFS, also offers the same type of snapshot
capabilities. Their x4500 server (aka thumper) can give you up to
24Tb of storage and it's managed the same way any other Solaris 10
system is. It's a nice product for the mid-range (less expensive) NAS
tier.

My understanding--from a few years ago--was that NetApp's
filesystem snapshot facility was something of a side-effect of
NetApp's propriety WAFL file system/implementation and that it
would be quite difficult for another filesystem to provide the same
types of snapshots.
Perhaps the technology of other vendors/filesystems has changed in
the intervening years, however.

Let me clarify -
I'm wondering what companies, other than Network Appliance, also
incorporate snapshot capability? Maybe they all do, and use
different
wording, or some implementations are better/preferred than others?
The Engenio-based RAID arrays can do volume snapshots, but that's
a different thing than filesystem snapthots.
