S'More Hobo Pack
INGREDIENTS 4 whole graham crackers, broken in half to make 8 squares 2 Hersheys milk chocolate bars, each broken into quarters 12 marshmallows DIRECTIONS Tear off 4 sheets of heavy-duty foil, each about 2 feet long, and stack them one on top of the other. Lay out 4 graham crackers to make 1 large square in the center of the top sheet of foil. Using half of the chocolate, place a piece of chocolate on each cracker. Top with marshmallows, then with the rest of the chocolate, and finally with the graham cracker squares, making 4 sandwiches. Fold up the sheets of foil one after the other, turning the package one-quarter turn each time and making sure that each sheet is well sealed around the square of crackers. Place the foil-wrapped package in the coals at the periphery of the fire, where the heat is less intense. Pile the coals up around the package and cook for 5 minutes; flip the package over and cook for another 5 minutes, so that both layers of chocolate and the marshmallows are partially melted. Remove from the coals, unroll the foil, and hand out the squares.
