I sent PATCH mail yesterday, but I omitted the
"reason" of the patch and the attached file was
not "text/plain" format.

This patch is for adding the link (left-side navigator) to BCEL
translated site in Japanese.
Please apply this patch to xdocs/stylesheets/project.xml
