I've gone through this: just getting BCELifier.java won't work,
as it uses new functionality elsewhere.
I bit the bullet and fetched the latest version from the CVS archives, see
http://www.apache.org/foundation/cvs.html
for instructions.
The module to checkout is jakarta-bcel.
Use ant to compile the lot (if you have to fetch it, as I did, see
http://jakarta.apache.org/ant/index.html ).
Then follow the instructions in build.xml .
