Hi Larry, thanks for the info. Unluckily my kernel did not boot properly, there were reference errors in modules_install with several modules, probably a compiler issue. I can try again in some days time and will report afterwards. 0000:30:00.0 0280: 14e4:4312 (rev 01) Anyway, the number is 4312. I'd be glad if the patch went upstream and everybody can use a precompiled kernel on this machine some day. Of course it needs testing before :-/.
