Hello all,

I am trying to make my brand new Belkin Wireless PCMCIA F5D7010
(Ver.7000df) working on a Debian/Etch distro with my laptop HP Omnibook
6000 but this goes wrong.
What goes wrong?
When I list the devices I get this :

debian:# lspci -v

06:00.0 Ethernet controller: Belkin Unknown device 701f (rev 20)
        Subsystem: Belkin Unknown device 701f
        Flags: medium devsel, IRQ 10
        I/O ports at 2800 [disabled] [size=256]
        Memory at 26000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [disabled] [size=1K]
Capabilities: [50] Power Management version 2

I already tried lots of modules like rt2500, ndiswrapper, bcm43xx but it
seems my card is not recognized.
What drivers did you try with ndiswrapper? What errors did you get? Did you try the ones off the CD that came with it? Did you try the ones downloadable from places on the net? Different versions of this card use different chipsets including the rt2500, rtl8xxx, bcmxxx, etc. That's why using the drivers that came with your HP or identifying the device for certain would be useful.

Can somebody help troubleshoot this problem, say me if this problem is
solved by a new version ???
New version of what? You haven't mentioned which version of the card you have... so we don't know. You haven't mentioned which version of which drivers you tried... you haven't mentioned what ndiswrapper -l showed or what dmesg showed... and in three attachments provided only an lspci -v, which (while interesting) is not good enough for us to tell us how to help you :)
