I am not familiar with this RedHat feature, hope others can help you.

In Linux/Unix, there are better ways to work remotely on a machine. 
If you want to run a text based program on a remote box, just "ssh" to
it.  You can run GUI programs on a remote box through ssh too, all you
have to is add the -X or -Y command line option to ssh and make sure
you have X11Forwarding enabled on the target box.  I am assuming you
are running Linux or any other flavour of Unix on your local box.

If your local box is Windows, get an ssh client like putty.  But you
can only run text based programs.  Running GUI programs on a remote
Linux box from Windows is a little more difficult, you either need to
run VNC or a commercial X server on Windows.
