  Recently I left Bangladesh online Ltd (BOL) for some of my personal problems & joined another ISP. But now I think I have left BOL too early, cause they have taken an excellent decision, that is to train-up all of their officers about the latest operating system of Linux (Debian) and I miss the training. They arrange this training program in-house containing all kinds of configuration like Mail, DNS, Proxy, Radio, ADSL. I appreciate their steps & give that person many thanks from my heart who proposed this.
  
  The boys, having graduate from any university is not getting the practical experience & knowledge about this kind of jobs. But the private companies are always looking for experienced people. BOL was always advance about their support team but this time they have prove that they are not only advance but they also very much sincere about their support quality. The contents of the training is too practical and I think if any one go to a local training centre for the same the cost would be 10000.00+ BDT, and that is too high.
  
  I appreciate Mr. Iru (CIO) and Mr. Sami (COO) as a little IT professional for their excellent step. This will be an example to other IT Industry that how they can make a best Support Team to the customer and hope that they will follow this example.
