I found Fedora rather unstable than Debian or Slackware. The graphics in Fedora are really the Champion, but sometimes Fedora behaves in unpredictable ways (like not able to log-in, after a reboot it works fine!). And sometimes it gives  trouble when installing/compiling packages.
Ubuntu is Debian based Linux that's why it is stable and robust and easy to update. However, internet connection is must have for debian linux (aptget). And if you have broadband, and update debian, then it is also very attractive.

someone feel me up about it.
I just installed FC5 today. Unfortunately it requires all 5 CDs which is
rather disappointing but I still give cradit for better graphics. FC5 with
KDA has impressive performance. Look and Feel is also very comforting. I did
not had to look too hard to configure kdm for remote desktop. Package
upgradation is just clicks away though I like yum more. Did not had any
trouble with hardware. What else.... Games.... they have good support for
games in gtk2.

I enjoy hats. And when one has filthy hair, that is a good accessory.
