Dear Srinivas Kalle,
I note your email that was posted on the BD Now List.

May I suggest that Biodynamics is a very good way to produce healthy,
clean food, with little negative environmental impact. But it does not,
in it's self, provide a basis for commercial enterprise. The process of
business ethics and business structure is another issue.

As I understand this group, it is mainly folk interested in learning
about and promoting the growing of food using BD, rather than an group
of possible investors.

I also note that while India has many poor, it also has many very
wealthy people and I wonder if you may be better to consider local
investors, who will not have the complication of changing exchange rates
and the like.

Another possibility would be to look for a joint venture with your
clients in the Gulf States.

Are you familiar with the system that is used in the US where there is
an agreement between consumers and the farmer to provide quality food at
an agreed quantity and price. This involves a part payment at planting
time that allows the farmer to plant and grow the crop without going to
the bank to borrow money. On delivery, there is the final payment which
gives the farmer their profit. I wonder if you can modify this, to be
attractive to your potential clients, thus avoiding the need for
investors and allowing you to keep control and ownership of your
enterprise?

I wish you well with your project and hope that you are very successful.
