I wouldn't worry about prosecution for forwarding web information as long as you attribute it to it's origin and the source web address. I don't want messages of larger than 15k sent to the list, but there is no harm in sending information in parts (Part 1, Part 2, etc) Of course, the information forwarded like that better be spot on relevant.
