Hi allan Before you dismantle anything. Check the nozzle and the spray jet. It is a simple job just to undo the cap at the end and you may find your blockage is in the spray tip. Just poke it out with a pin. If it is a new sprayer it may be just some rubbish left in the sprayer by the manufacturer. Most of my blokages occur at the spray tip and for this i have a safety pin attached to my sprayer.
