hi allen , did you ask about the smell ? i guess i've been doing it wrong
too .this summer put the jugs in the greenhouse under a bench , but still to
bright probably. i don't have crocks, can't afford antique prices , so i use
glass that had organic apple juice in it. my understanding is that it should
have the sulferous smell. i think i'll call him-(. Hugh Courtney at JPI.)
About the conference  (the mid atlantic one).. i called and reserved for 2 ,
finally got the info, will send the check by end of august. see you
