Which reminds me: What is Willard Water?

I've never given it much thought but learned the other day that Salatin puts it in his chicken waterers. If you know, Joel, it must really be something if HE is paying the price for it.

I saw some in the local Health Store. I think it was $9 for 3oz or something like that.

What does it do?
