Here
is a sample for my project .

Dim iCnt As Integer
= 0

      Dim tmpSrt As Integer
= 0

While iCnt < ObjDataTable.Rows.Count

If DTab.Rows(iCnt)("category")
= 1 Then

DTab.Rows(iCnt)("SortOrder") = tmpSrt + 1

tmpSrt += 1

   End If

DTab.Rows(iCnt).AcceptChanges()

           iCnt
= iCnt + 1

        End While

Finally bind this DataTable to DataGrid
its done

Thanks,

-Praba
