Over here it does not allow us to make the constructor private. We are using Mutexes but since the requests are coming from a web request so each request is on a separate thread and each creates it own instance of the seq generator ....so proabably the mutex does not work ... Can the SPM be used in such a case ? I would also like to thank you for your earlier replies...
