Hi,    It seems that your process(calc) is up and running in the background in the web 
server. You can check it by examining the TaskManager. You didn't see it because the 
ASPNET is an unprivlileged local account. By default, the ASPNET account is logged on 
using a Batch account, and cannot interact with the interactive desktop 
directly. It's running on the different window station & desktop from the 
one you see in front of you now. I think that it's pointless to launch a process from 
a web application and let it display and idle in the remote server. The user doesn't 
see it, cannot control the UI either.    If you did need to display the UI of the 
process in the remote server, try 
to remove the "Deny Interactive Logon" and the "Enable Batch Logon" rights 
from the account and add the "Enable Interactive Logon" right to the 
account so that ASP.NET will create the process with an interactive logon.
