Hi Blue!!,   Set the DataFormatString of the asp bound column as "{0:MM/dd/yyyy 
hh:mm:ss.ffff}".   For example:   <asp:BoundColumn DataField="xxx" 
SortExpression="xxx" HeaderText="xxx" 
DataFormatString="{0:MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss.ffff}">
</asp:BoundColumn>   Make use of "f" to specify your desired number of seconds decimal 
places.
