Hi vipin, I have done it other way, try this first you name u give ID to ur
textbox in datagrid, say ID=txtDistrictCode then in code u declare a variable as dim
_txtDistrictCode as TextBox _txtDistrictCode =
CType(e.Item.FindControl("txtDistrictCode"), TextBox) then u can get text value
_txtDistrictCode.Text, I think this will solve ur problem Regards Gopinath
