You already have your SOAP server ready 
:)
 
1. Create a webservice (.asmx) file and 
write your methods there.
2. Host this in IIS. 
3. Your webservice is ready to be 
consumed.
 
>From your client:
 
1. Create a SOAP request
2. Send the request to the 
webservice
3. Collect the SOAP response.
 
As simple as that.
 
 
Actually for programming the client (say a 
WinForm app), if you use VS.NET, you could just add a reference to your 
webservice (using the Add Web Reference...) and then you are ready to 
straightaway consume your webservice like any other method. No need  to 
manually code a "SOAP request".  The plumbing is done for you by VS.NET 
environment.
 
If I haven't been clear, lemme know and I 
will send you an example.
