Hi Gaurav,
You can also refer
MSMAPI.MAPISession &
MSMAPI.MAPIMessages objects to send emails,
This automatically saves
sent items in 'Sent Items' folder of
your Outlook.
regards
satish

Hi
Guys.
We have the following
requirement in our project :
We have a requirement
for sending and receiving emails programmatically from our
application using either of IIS SMTP Virtual Server, Outlook or
any other means.
The requirement in
detail states the following:
* Send an email
programmatically to a given address.
* Check for bounced
back, non delivered emails.
* If there is a way to
store the sent emails, it would be an added advantage.
Currently, we are planning to do this by copying the outbound
mail(bcc) to some email address
* Mails to be sent
include attachments and message body includes some URLs. These
mails should support html mime-type.
Our
environment:
* Windows 2000 Advanced
Server
* ASP.NET (C# code
behind)
* SQL Server 2000
database
If anyone has prior
experience/knowledge implementing features similar to the one
stated above, please let us know.
Thanks in
advance,
Gaurav
Khanna
