    Protected Class temp
        Private mCST As Double
        Protected Property CST() As Double
            Get
            End Get
            Set(ByVal Value As Double)

                mCST = Value

            End Set

        End Property
    End Class


End Class

you can give protected type inside a class a public or friend 
class..............
