----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: GLPrasad Message 1 in Discussion Hi, We have a specific requirement where we need to change a string pattern from one format to another. It is something similar to our Ctrl+H Functionality. I need to read a text file line by line and in each line check if a specific pattern requested is present and replace that pattern with a pre-defined string. Could anyone suggest the best way to do this ? Any code sample or reference would also be fine. As far as I see, I suppose I would need to use FileStream, StreamReader and StreamWriter. If I could get a sample, it would be nice. Kindly let me know.
