Hey Girdhar, This can be achieved in following method.Only thing,u need write a bit of
dot net code.There are few third party components available for compression
&decompression.(ComponentOne Zip for .NET) . You need to rely on its service. Step
1: As Vinod said,schedule the back up and assign to a folder. Step 2.Create a small
code snippet which does following functionality. a. Monitor the backup
folder for new file b.Compress the new file using the 3rd party component
c.Generate the mail with attachment. Step3. Put this exe in windows
scheduler with time specified. Well,its easy said but its not impossible upon
