If the third party is a COM dll - you dont have a problem, as long as it is
registered, you should be able to pick it up.
If it is .NET it has to be in the GAC or in the bin of your app
If it is a normal C Dll - then the DLL has to be in one of the directories
specified in PATH 'Environment Variable'.
Otherwise if it is third party where they have a redistributable - you
could redistribute it along with your application.
Or else - make sure that you have a pre-requisite for installing your
application that the 3rd party tool needs to be installed in a location
specified by you.
