Hi guys ,
this is very urgent,by thursday I have to finish
this.
Can anybody know , how to call a batch file from the sql
stored procedures.
I have created a batch file called "test.bat" in c:\ and
from query analyzer I tried the following commands
exec master..xp_cmdshell 'test'
exec master..xp_cmdshell 'test.bat'
exec master..xp_cmdshell 'c:\test'
exec
master..xp_cmdshell 'c:\test.bat'
the error I was getting is "not recognized as internal or
external command"
I am desparately waiting for the solution.
thx & regs
Rishi
