Hi Hiren,

I am not sure if needs to be implemented like this. If you have an invoice which runs 
millions of rows and you had deleted the first row, then you are going to update all 
the rest million-1 number of rows. This means you would indirectly lock the whole 
table. This is NOT the preferred method.

On the contrary I would suggest that once it is deleted you can find missing numbers 
in the middle and then the newly inserted records can take those missing numbers. Just 
a suggestion. But Not sure if the business logic accepts the same.
