Hi Joy,
 
Simple approach would be keep a flag in database and set to TRUE on 
login and set to FALSE on logoff. When the user logs in again, you can check 
whether he has already logged in or not using that flag. Hope this helps you, if 
not pls do explain your requirement in detail.
