First attach a datatable to the data grid..and then just use the getchanges function 
you will be able to do that. 
objofdataTable.GetChanges() and pass this as para meter to your data access 
layer,there check for the  
DataRowState.Modified to check whether modifed or added or deleted to the datatable... 
 i think it will work .let me know if you need any more help.
