In the ItemDataBound event of datagrid try this code... TableRow tblStoreName;

tblStoreName =((TableRow)e.Item.FindControl("lblTINC").Parent.Parent);
tmpINC="'"+lblKeyINC.Text+"'";
tblStoreName.Attributes.Add("OnClick","ShowDetails(" + tmpINC + ");");
} here ... ShowDetails will be your javascript function.... It will works.
