You can dynamically add parameter, using commandbuilder method called derive parameter 
this will get all sql server sp's parameter like param name,datatype,field lenght etc. 
C# code for this  
_command.CommandText = procedureName; 
_command.CommandType = CommandType.StoredProcedure; 
openConnection(); 
SqlCommandBuilder.DeriveParameters(_command); 
Then you can iterate thru' parameter and add param name,value using  
for (i=0; i < _command.Parameters.Count; i ++) 
{ 
if (_command.Parameters[i].Direction == ParameterDirection.Input) 
_command.Parameters[i].Value = sqlParamValues[j++]; 
}
