  hi.......... you have a couple of methods of the datetime class which you can use to 
display in the text box.    
DateTime currentime = DateTime.Now;
TextBox1.Text= currentime .ToShortDateString(); 
or  
TextBox1.Text = currentime .ToShortTimeString(); 
just see the intellisense showing up all the available methods and you can use any of 
them that matches your requirement.
