Hi Anandraj ,
frankly saying , it has nothing to do at that time as it's role start only after that
, once the code has been compiled to form an assembly ( dll , exe , netmodule ),
containing MSIL ( Metadata ) , then providing it end to end service for managed
execution , is the role of CLR in brevity .
Compilation job is done by something like c# / vb .. compilers , which are definitely
not the part of CLR ,
