i want the call to be execute on the client. your solution will work only if the 
client is also configures its callback class as remoting services. (i.e the client is 
also a remoting server).   anyway, i think i'll use plain old tcp/ip. client starts a 
separate thread and listens to server.   thanks for the reply.   regards,     agnel cj
