Hi Smith,    Thanks for the complete documentation, I think record-level locking would 
be the better solution for handling datase locking issues.  
when there are inserts, updates or deletes actions necessary, immediately after 
starting the transaction, lock the tables/rows involved.  when closing the 
transaction, as far as I know the locks are released.  Correct me If am wrong. 
Transaction  obejct in .net have  Isolation enums have  you incrporated these.  
Do you know some links for these issues.
