You can go for either,both will work fine when you are
using remoting.
As per
performance is concerned you can go for dataset as dataset is
light
weight
compared to typed one.
If you want code to be readable, also type incompatibility
need to be shown
at the
time of entering values in UI itself you can go for typed
datasets
